<p>Joining a property or property disputes team as a trainee or junior lawyer can be a daunting experience, especially as home-working often makes it more difficult to ‘learn by osmosis’ or ask questions of colleagues. </p><p>Recognising this, we have recently published two new starter guides: one for non-contentious property lawyers, and one for property disputes lawyers. The guides demystify common tasks given to junior fee-earners and provide guidance on how to avoid potentially serious mistakes.
